With over 25 years of experience in various professional roles across international corporations and universities, I have cultivated a diverse and rewarding career. My expertise spans areas such as Marketing, Human Resources, and Corporate Health Management.
Throughout my journey, I have personally experienced the powerful impact that mindfulness and meditation can have, particularly in high-pressure professional environments.
In 2022, I earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Mindfulness Studies from the University of Aberdeen (UK). A lifelong interest in China, its languages, music, and the art of the tea ceremony has also deeply shaped my approach to mindfulness.
These practices, steeped in tradition and inner stillness, resonate with my belief in the profound connection between mindfulness and personal well-being. Today, I am dedicated to sharing these transformative tools, helping individuals not only succeed in their careers but also find balance and fulfillment in all aspects of their lives.
My mission is to introduce mindfulness into the corporate world as a powerful tool for enhancing mental health and well-being. Far from abstract or esoteric, mindfulness is a practical and science-backed approach to building resilience, sharpening focus, and fostering personal growth.
Part of my mission is to bring the topic of menopause for businesswomen into open corporate conversations, framing it as a natural life stage that benefits from mindful awareness, understanding, and support.
