This Mindfulness sessions have been designed to assist you to learn skills to manage day to day stress, enhance well-being and, support you to improve your overall effectiveness in work-life balance.
They are not intended as a substitute for consultation and treatment from a qualified and registered heath care provider or health service. If you have concerns about your mental or physical health (e.g. Post-traumatic stress disorder PTSD, depression, etc.) or some other form of illness, then it is recommended that you immediately consult either your physician, doctor or psychologist, before deciding on whether to embark on the path of mindfulness.
